Shopping Flow

1: Discovery & Selection
  1. Browse Products:
  2. View Product Details
  3. Add to Cart
  4. Buy It Now
2: Cart Review
  1. Review Items: verify item types, quantities, and the subtotal.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: click the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Checkout" button.

3: Checkout & Shipping

  1. Contact Information:  choose to "Log in to account" 
  2. Shipping Address: fill in the recipient’s name, phone number, and detailed address (e.g., SF Express locker code or residential address for Hong Kong orders).
  3. Shipping Method: the system automatically displays shipping options based on the back end settings (e.g., Free Shipping over $600, SF Express Cash on Delivery, or Flat Rate Shipping $31).
4: Payment
  1. Apply Discount: enter Discount Code or Gift Card in the summary panel on the right (if available).
  2. Select Payment Method:
    • Automatic Gateways
    • Manual Payment: for PayMe or FPS (Faster Payment System), the page will display the payment link, phone number, or QR code. The customer must manually open their banking/PayMe app to transfer the money.
  3. Complete Order: click the "Pay now" or "Complete order" button
5: Post-Purchase & Fulfillment
  1. Thank You Page: Once payment is successful, the website redirects to a thank you page displaying the order number and order summary.
  2. Automated Notification: an automated "Order Confirmation" email or SMS will be sent out. (If using manual payment like PayMe, replies to this email or messages customer service with the payment screenshot).
  3. Payment Verification: If you choose manual payment (such as PayMe or FPS), please be sure to send a screenshot of your transfer receipt or payment confirmation to our WhatsApp link or via email to info@ouddesignstore.com.
  4. Order Fulfillment:  "Shipping Confirmation with tracking number" will be sent once the item has been dispatched
